Sometimes simple extensions and disabled adaptations can be progressed swiftly under permitted development. If not, you can rely on us to manage the planning process on your behalf.
If your architect has already secured planning for your adapted home design, we can provide the specialist construction and fit-out services necessary to make it a reality.
Working Alongside Architects To Deliver Your Design
Freedom Living Solutions also offers its construction services to architects and design teams looking to deliver new build and adapted home projects.
Our in-house team includes design technicians, quantity surveyors and contracts managers, through to site managers and groundworks / construction crew.
We can undertake all elements of demolition, groundworks and construction, through to high-end interior fit-out and specialist equipment installation.
All construction works are carried out according to the agreed Plan of Works and we collaborate closely with you and your client throughout the project lifecycle.

Sustainable Building Contractors
As sustainable construction contractors, Freedom promotes building methods and business practises that contribute to a cleaner and safer environment.
We are advocates of high-performance, energy-efficient building materials and sustainable building methods. We also endeavour to recycle most, if not all, building waste removed from site.
Whenever possible, we use Modern Methods of Construction to minimise disruption on site and reduce construction time. Enhanced delivery is key to getting clients on their path to recovery and independence as swiftly as possible.
Energy-efficiency in our new build homes is optimised through PV panels, Air Source Heat Pumps and Passivent systems. These provide sustainable and energy-efficient solutions for improved air quality, natural daylight and the removal of moisture. They also create a healthier and more comfortable environment.
Freedom also actively seeks to give back to the community and environment. This includes an initiative to supply unused timber and off cuts to a local charitable enterprise workshop project, Wood ‘n’ Ware.
